Orders

Pricing & Payments

Payment must be completed successfully before an order enters processing.

TRAPKILLA uses secure third-party payment providers to process all online transactions.

Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days for most domestic orders.

Products listed as Pre-Order follow a separate dispatch schedule. The estimated timeline for these products will always be mentioned on the respective product page.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been packed, shipped, or entered production, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Returns & Store Credit

TRAPKILLA does not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Approved returns are processed exclusively through TRAPKILLA Store Credit after the returned product has been received and successfully passes our quality inspection.

Product Information

However, slight differences in color, texture, wash, embroidery, printing, or finish may occur due to production techniques, photography, lighting, or individual screen settings. These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
